[LigaTrap] Products "LigaGuard"

LigaTrap의 최신 제품인 LigaGuard는 포유류 샘플, AAV 및 렌티바이러스 바이오 프로세싱에서 HCP를 정제하기 위한 솔루션입니다.

LigaTrap Technologies가 새롭게 선보인 친화성 흡착제인 LigaGuard는 multi-modal ligands로 구성된 독점적인 앙상블로, 플로우 스루(연속) 모드에서 숙주 세포 단백질(HCP)과 DNA를 선택적으로 포집할 수 있습니다. LigaTrap Technologies 수지의 특성상 원하는 바이오 제품을 고순도 및 회수율로 결합되지 않은 상태로 진행할 수 있습니다. 정제 파이프라인과 상업용 수지를 통해 제거하기 어려운 HR-HCP를 제거하면 제품의 순도, 안정성, 효과 및 안전성을 높일 수 있습니다.

단백질(단일 클론 항체 및 성장 인자)과 바이러스 제품(렌티바이러스, 아데노 관련 바이러스 및 바이러스 백신)의 정제에 모두 LigaGuard 수지를 사용할 수 있습니다. 바이오 프로세싱에서 흔히 발생하는 광범위한 HCP 오염 물질을 대상으로 하는 LigaTrap Technologies의 LigaGuard 레진은 다음과 같습니다.

• Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) HCPs
• Human Embryonic Kidney (HEK293) HCPs
• Madin-Darby Canine Kidney (MDCK) HCPs
• Vero Cells HCPs

Column Volume	1 mL or 5mL
Column Dimensions	1 mL Column: 6.7 x 30 mm 5 mL Column: 14.6 x 30 mm
Recommended Flow Rates	1 mL Column: 0.2 – 1 mL/min 5 mL Column: 1 – 5 mL/min
Pressure Limit	For both 1 mL and 5 mL columns, do not exceed a maximum pressure of 0.4 MPa (4 Bar)
Storage	20% v/v ethanol in water, store at 4°C
